Call the office, or request a time online.

Calling is the fastest way to get seen, including for same-day problems. Or send a request online and the office will confirm by email.

The quickest ways to be seen

FASTEST

Call the office

Speak to someone and get a time booked while you are on the phone. 704-227-5060, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.

SAME DAY

Need to be seen today

Same-day problems — sick visits, minor injuries, flu, strep, UTI — can often be fitted in during office hours. Call the office and ask what is open. IV therapy too, subject to chair time.

ANY TIME

Request online

Send a request using the scheduler below and the office confirms by email. Best for routine visits rather than anything urgent.

Request a time online

Pick a visit type and a time and send the request. The office confirms by email — this is a request rather than an instant booking, so please wait for the confirmation before making the trip.

Not seeing any open times? That means the schedule has not been opened up for that period yet — it does not mean the clinic is closed. Call 704-227-5060 and the office will book you directly.

Full size on a phone, with the form and the calendar side by side.

What you can book yourself

Most visits can be requested online, including new-patient visits, established-patient follow-ups, telehealth, annual wellness visits, physicals, pre-op appointments, DOT physicals, weight-loss follow-ups and aesthetic consultations.

Two things are scheduled by the office instead: hormone procedures and IV procedures. Both need equipment and a block of time set aside, and there is one provider in the building — so those are arranged after your initial consultation rather than dropped into an open slot.

Friday lab draws run from a separate schedule. Select the lab office in the scheduler if that is what you need.

If you need to be seen today

Call for a same-day visit. Acute problems can often be seen the same day during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm. For anything you think may be an emergency — chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, head injury or stroke symptoms — go to an emergency room or call 911.
