Can I be seen the same day?

Often, yes. Call the office at 704-227-5060 during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm, and we will tell you what is open.

Are you open on Saturdays?

By appointment only, and only if needed. Call the office to ask.

When can I get labs drawn?

Friday mornings between 9:00am and 12:00pm. Lab draws run from a separate schedule — select the lab office when you request your visit.

How do I get a prescription refilled?

Call the office. For weight-loss medication, request a Weight Loss Follow Up / Medication Pick Up visit online.

How do I get my lab results?

Results are reviewed at a follow-up visit so someone can actually explain them. Call if you have not heard back when you expected to.

Is this an emergency room?

No. For chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, head injury or stroke symptoms, go to an emergency room or call 911.

Do you see children?

From about age five upward, for things like a minor injury, an ear infection or a sore throat. This is not a pediatric practice and we do not administer vaccines, so children should still have their own pediatrician.
